
About our kitchen. Sweet Sin Bakery maintains a gluten-free kitchen. In addition, we use industry best practices to keep other potential allergens — egg, dairy, nut, soy, and corn products — segregated in our desserts, breads and pastries.

Renee D'Souza trained in Pastry Arts at the Baltimore International Culinary College. She has worked as a pastry chef in various restaurants and hotels in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Hawaii. Renee worked for over 7 years before finding out she could not digest wheat. It was upon this life changing news that Renee and her husband Richard decided to venture into the world of gluten free baking. Her unique recipes were created using innovative ingredients and tested on non-celiacs to ensure a truly ‘normal’ taste.
